1. Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use Concept Lab. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. Concept Lab provides access to Founder Bootcamp, workshops, validation tools, innovation hub facilities, and community resources.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your login. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Payments & Billing

Founder Bootcamp requires a non-refundable $400 deposit upon acceptance to secure your spot. The remaining program cost is fully covered by scholarships for accepted participants. All other workshops and community access are included for members. Subscriptions or sponsorships (if applicable) renew automatically unless cancelled before the billing cycle ends.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, curriculum, branding, tools, and materials provided by Concept Lab are the property of Concept Lab or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or resell our materials without permission. You retain ownership of any ideas, projects, or IP you develop while participating, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use our services in a harmful or abusive way.

6. Disclaimers

We provide our services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, specific outcomes, or acceptance into any program.

7. Limitation of Liability

Concept Lab is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
